I began to cultivate a strong interest in nutrition and wellness throughout my life as I realized how nutrition-related diseases impacted my own family's health with a family history of diabetes, heart disease, and colon cancer. My father's death from a heart-related condition truly ignited my desire to help others prevent and manage chronic diseases through nutrition and other lifestyle modifications.
